Born in Monterrey, Mr. García Cavazos has been a prolific and succesful painter throughout Mexico. He studied at the famed Academia de San Carlos in Mexico City. His work has been exhibited in Mexico, the US and Europe and he has contributed with charitable foundations like "El Hogar" for their fund raising efforts along with Rafael Calzada, Julio Galán, Guillermo Ceniceros among others.
